Method of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, certified & personal checks and money orders. Personal checks may be held for 10 days for clearance. Since our products are custom made, payment must be received before any work order is issued. All credit cards are charged when the work order is issued.
Turnaround Time: Since ALL ammunition is custom loaded on an "as ordered" basis it normally takes up to 4 weeks for standard cartridges and up to 6 weeks for "wildcat" cartridges from the time your order is received for it to be built and shipped. You may contact us for an estimate of turnaround time. We try and keep a good supply of all components on hand however at times we will have some components backordered from the manufacturer, this may cause orders to be delayed. Any change in the order after processing will also cause delays in completing your order. If order is cancelled after processing, Conley Precision will refund the full amount less a twenty five percent cancellation fee plus any shipping charges associated with the order. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

Express Orders: It is sometimes possible to express an order however it is done on a case by case basis and can only be accepted by phone orders. All additional express freight charges will be added to the total of the invoice.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors including descriptive and/or typographic are subject to correction.
Pressure Levels: All ammunition listed with the exception of cowboy ammunition and +P loads are loaded to maximum SAMMI pressure levels. Use only in firearms designed for high performance ammunition. This ammunition can be very hard on firearms not designed for their use. Since Conley Precision Cartridge has no control of what type of firearms are used, we extend no guarantees either written or implied to the use of these cartridges. Have firearm checked by a competent gunsmith before use.
For vintage firearms that require lower pressure levels the Cowboy ammunition has the correct levels to be safe in firearms in good condition. You may also special order most premium bullets loaded to the lower pressure levels, please contact us for details. The firearm type will be required to be listed on the order. Returns: Returns will only be accepted for defective or damaged merchandise. You will receive a refund only after we have received and inspected the merchandise and solely at our discretion. No returns accepted after 30 days of shipment. Absolutely no returns without a Return Authorization number, any return without a RA number will not be processed. Ammunition that is made outside the normal specs of Conley Precision Cartridge (ie:downloaded, normal length altered, ect) is not returnable. Our normal lengths are set at .020 below SAMMI maximum, while these should work in all firearms, some custom chambers as well as special chambers from major manufactures may require shorter lengths. While easily done, this information must accompany the order, any special lengths will be recorded and filed. If you received merchandise in error please contact us for arrangements to correct your order.
Mississippi Sales Tax: Mississippi state sales tax must be added to orders from Mississippi only, unless you have a tax certificate on file with us. State tax is not added to orders from outside the State of Mississippi for use and consumption outside the State of Mississippi.
Customer Brass: If customer supplies the cases to be loaded, all will be inspected and cleaned. Any defective case will be discarded. No crimped primers, breden primed or steel/aluminum will be accepted for reloading. Since this is used brass supplied by the customer Conley Precision Cartridge makes no warranty either written or implied as to the use, functioning, performance, or quality of said cases.
